Good news! I loke potatos very much. I like all the dishes of potatos and eat daily, to speak the truth I miss it if I don’t eat for two / three days. People relate it with zero and also laugh at saying that it does not have any good qualities. but I like it and this is a real good news for me. Now I can eat without hasitation.( till I don’t develop the sugar level, LOL!).

Sasmita people who dismiss your thought that Potatoes don’t have any good quality (leaving aside the good it does for an Alzheimers Patient)are nothing but fools. They are of immense value even otherwise and are an important part of the balanced diet.

I know a couple of people who suffer from Alzheimer and the way they suffer from their forgetfulness is terrible. I just hope that these potatoes help them overcome their woes and live a more active life.
